Changes to Terms & Conditions.
At certain times we will alter the terms and conditions, site content, policies and prices without notification. Any alterations are effective immediately upon posting to the website.

It is important you always read the terms and conditions before booking a treatment or placing an order.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Prices can be subject to change effective immediately upon updating of the site.

All treatments over 1 hour require a $50 deposit.  
Deposit is refunded if appointment is cancelled 48 hours before scheduled appointment. 


Confirmation of appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without notice if the Terms and Conditions are violated or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in our best interests to do so. 

Changes to appointments.
Brow&lashcomay change your therapist on the day of your appointment without notice if deemed necessary by the salon.

Appointments Confirmation:
If appointment is not confirmed either via responding to the text or calling 48 hours prior to the appointment then the appointment may be cancelled without notice.

Late to appointment - If you are more than 5 mins late to your appointment the appointment may be altered or cancelled. If the therapist is running late this will not cut into your treatment time, you will still receive your full service.

Lash refill guidelines.

1 week - 15 - 20 min refill / touch up 1-7 days

2 week - 30 min  7-14 days

3 week - 45 min 14-21 days

4 week - 60 min set 21-28 days

Refills - If you exceed the refill by 1 day or move it to the following day and therefore are 1 day over the expected timeframe you will fall into the next refill bracket.

Half set Volume - 45 Mins 

Full set Volume - 75 mins

Half set silk - 40 mins

Full set silk - 60 mins

Half Sets - If you book a half set you are unable to book refills after this treatment.
Refills can only be booked post a full set. 

Aftercare - We recommend aftercare products with all of our treatments, if you decide to use products outside what we have recommended we can not guarantee the side effects of those products towards our treatment. 

Salon Gift vouchers - have an expiry of 6 months. 

Loyalty cards - can only be used by the one client and the discounts can not be passed onto another person. All rewards must be marked off before using the half price lash refills this excludes lash lifts or tints.

Lash school.
If the class has not filled BLC has the right to reschedule the school to a following date.
If the lash school teacher is for any unforeseen reason unable to make the school on the scheduled date BLC has the right to reschedule the school to a following date.


Online Orders.
Brow&LashCo start processing your order as quickly as possible.

Therefore, once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes or amendments.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email from Brow&LashCo. Any orders placed between Mon – Fri before 2pm AEST we aim to process and dispatch on the same day. 

Returns and exchanges.
We hope that you love your product and our descriptions have been accurate. However, if not, upon proof of purchase you can return any items within 30 days for a store credit. Items must be in new condition without any evidence of use or tampering.

We do not accept returns after 30 days unless goods are faulty, do not match the description, or do not perform their function.

We do not refund any items.

Products and Services.
When describing our products and services we try to be as accurate as possible, however, we can’t always guarantee that the descriptions are correct and reliable. 

To make purchases on this site you are required to provide your real personal and payment details. When entering your payment details you are confirming that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.

We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if we feel these Terms and Conditions are violated or if we decide that it’s in our best interests to do so.

In the event we are unable to obtain authorization for payment or the item is out of stock we reserve the right to not accept your order.

When you make an order to purchase goods or services form our website, you are authorising us to perform credit checks.

Brow&LashCo may restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or address.

Products purchased on this website can only be delivered within Australia. We can only ship to one address per order, if you would like to ship to multiple addresses please make separate orders.

Once Brow&LashCo has shipped the items we do not take responsibility if they are delayed, damaged or do not arrive in the post. 

Online Gifts.
Any items purchased as a gift can be returned for an exchange, store credit or gift card provided you have a receipt as your proof of purchase. Refunds are not available for gift returns. 

New clients.
If you have existing lashes on from another salon we only refill as a 4 week, so we are able to spend a full hour on the lashes ensuring they are up to brow&lashco standard. 

Requested Therapist.
Brow&lashco does it’s best to sit you with your preffered or requested therapist. However, this is not something that is guaranteed. Appointments may be placed with other therpists when brow&lashco see’s fit, this may be without notification to the client.
